晨藝是台中工業設計公司，長期參與產品從概念發想、外觀設計、結構開發、打樣驗證到製造導入的完整過程。我們談的整合，不是把不同外包廠商串在一起，而是同一個團隊、同一套判斷邏輯，走完市場洞察到上市銷售的每一步。
創辦人本身橫跨工業設計師、電子工程師、機構工程師三種角色，實際拆解過產品的電路配置與結構公差，不只是畫外觀。這代表我們在設計階段就能同時判斷「好不好看」與「做不做得出來、划不划算」，把後端才會發現的結構、電子、組裝風險提早攤在檯面上討論，減少來回修改與重新開模的成本。
近年，晨藝也導入中興大學的研究資源，將市場觀察、競品分析與消費者回饋轉化為產品開發前的判斷依據，讓每一步開發決策都有數據支撐，而不只是憑經驗猜測。
Dawn Art is an industrial design company based in Taichung, Taiwan. We are involved throughout the entire product development journey—from concept development, product styling, and mechanical design to prototyping, validation, and manufacturing implementation.
To us, integration does not simply mean coordinating a group of outsourced vendors. It means having one team, guided by one consistent decision-making framework, take responsibility for every step—from market insight and product development to launch and sales.
Our founder brings together experience in three disciplines: industrial design, electronics engineering, and mechanical design engineering. With hands-on experience in analyzing circuit layouts, mechanical structures, and dimensional tolerances, our work goes far beyond product appearance.
This allows us to evaluate both whether a product looks right and whether it can be manufactured cost-effectively. Structural, electronic, assembly, and production risks that might otherwise emerge later can be identified and discussed during the design stage—reducing repeated revisions, unnecessary delays, and the cost of reworking or remaking tooling.
In recent years, Dawn Art has also incorporated research resources from National Chung Hsing University, translating market observations, competitive analysis, and consumer feedback into practical inputs for early-stage product development. This gives each development decision a stronger foundation in data, rather than relying on experience and assumptions alone.

實體產品不能只停留在螢幕與簡報中。外觀比例、握感、結構強度、組裝方式、材料質感與製程限制，都需要透過實際樣品驗證。在正式開模或量產前，晨藝協助將設計資料推進到可打樣狀態，並透過樣品檢討、結構修正、製程討論與供應商溝通，降低產品進入製造前的開發風險。
打樣不是為了證明設計完美，而是為了提早發現問題。讓產品在投入更高成本前，有機會被修正到更接近可量產的狀態。
Physical products cannot remain only on screens or presentation boards. Proportions, handling, structural strength, assembly, material feel, and manufacturing constraints all need to be validated through physical prototypes. Before tooling or production, Dawn Art helps move design data into a prototyping-ready stage. Through prototype review, structural refinement, manufacturing discussion, and supplier communication, we help reduce development risks before the product enters manufacturing.
Prototyping is not about proving that a design is perfect. It is about discovering problems early enough, so the product can be refined before larger investments are made.

Based on the product type and validation goals, we plan suitable prototyping methods such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and temporary tooling, while supporting schedule tracking and sample refinement.
外觀、CMF 與使用感驗證
Appearance & CMF
透過外觀模型檢視比例、線條、色彩、材質與手感，確認設計意圖能否在實物中成立。

小量試產與暫用模驗證
Trial Production

當產品進入打樣、募資、通路提案或上市準備階段，除了產品本身，也需要清楚的視覺素材與銷售說法。晨藝整合包裝設計、產品渲染、動畫影片、銷售簡報與網站素材，協助產品被理解、被展示，並進入市場溝通。
When a product moves into prototyping, crowdfunding, channel presentation, or launch preparation, it needs more than the product itself. It also requires clear visual assets and sales communication.
Dawn Art integrates packaging design, product rendering, animation, sales decks, and website assets to help products be understood, presented, and communicated in the market.

From product definition, industrial design, structural development, prototype refinement, and supplier communication to market communication assets, every stage requires collaboration across different areas of expertise. With industrial design and product development at the core, Dawn Art integrates packaging, animation, visual design, and manufacturing supply chain resources. We work closely with professional partners in model making, machining, injection molding, metal processing, printing, and electronics integration, building the right development setup according to each project’s needs.
We do not pursue single-point delivery. Instead, we act as an integrated partner throughout the product development process, helping clients build a clearer and more controllable workflow across design, prototyping, manufacturing, and market communication — so products can move forward with greater stability.
